The Role
As the Territory Sales Manager for NSW/ACT, you’ll drive growth across private and public surgical hospitals and day surgery clinics. The role is predominantly in‑field, so we’re seeking a responsible, self‑motivated professional who thrives with autonomy.
You’ll increase sales by identifying new opportunities, promoting and demonstrating a respected product range, and building strong relationships with clinical, engineering and financial stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing a defined NSW/ACT territory
- Supporting clinical trials and converting them into sales
- Executing commercial and promotional plans
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
- Monitoring competitor activity
- Collaborating with technical service teams

- Experience in sales (Sales Rep, Account Executive, Sales Coordinator)
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confident presenting to clinical audiences
- Self‑motivated, organised and professional
- Driver’s licence
