We are seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison. As a trusted scientific partner, you will drive peer‑to‑peer scientific exchange, support early clinical adoption, and contribute to improved patient outcomes across the oncology landscape.

The Opportunity

You will build meaningful partnerships with External Experts (EEs), healthcare professionals, and centres of excellence, while delivering high‑quality scientific exchange and generating insights that shape strategy from clinical development through to post‑launch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, profile, and strategically engage key oncology stakeholders across your territory
  • Develop long‑term, trust‑based partnerships supporting scientific exchange and early adoption
  • Communicate clinical data and value propositions through tailored, omnichannel engagement
  • Support medical education initiatives including advisory boards, roundtables, and congresses
  • Gather, document, and share actionable field insights to inform cross‑functional strategy
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Market Access, HEOR, and Patient Engagement teams
  • Support early access programs, internal scientific training, RWE activities, and IIS
  • Conduct all activities in line with company policies, industry codes, and ethical standards
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in life/health sciences; advanced degree preferred
  • Scientific expertise in oncology (lung cancer or solid tumours desirable)
  • Pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strategic, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and digital tools
  • Willingness to travel within territory and occasionally internationally
  • Melbourne‑based preferred; all suitable VIC candidates considered
