The Opportunity
Our Client, a rapidly growing biotech company at the forefront of cutting edge research is searching for a Senior Clinical Project Manager to take the reins of their global clinical programs. This is a newly created and highly influential role, designed to support a fast-moving pipeline as the organisation heads toward a pivotal Phase III study launching in 2026.
This position, reporting to the VP of Clinical, comes at a critical and exciting time with significant milestones and timelines upcoming.

Responsibilities
- Lead global clinical trial execution, with oversight across Australia and the USA.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, risks, and study operations for multiple concurrent programs.
- Oversee budgets, vendors, and financial performance.
- Provide leadership to a cross-functional team, including 1 direct report locally and US-based CRAs.
- Perform proactive risk assessments.
- Maintain high-quality safety oversight and ensure compliance with global regulatory and clinical standards.
- Review study reports, monitor site performance, and keep programs on track in line with key milestones and working closely with the Local Program Manager and Clinical VP.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and Board members.
- Travel to national conferences and most likely undertake periodic trips to the USA to support the clinical team.
- An experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager with Australian and global trial management experience.
- Proven success running global clinical trials, ideally in Biotech or Clinical Research Organisation environments where juggling multiple priorities is second nature.
- Skilled in vendor oversight and financial management, ensuring programs stay on budget.
- Confident leading remote and international teams; able to guide Project Managers and Clinical Research Associates with clarity and trust.
- Solutions-focused, dependable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic company.
