About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant at On Q Recruitment, you’ll be part of a collaborative, values-driven team that’s passionate about excellence in STEM recruitment. You’ll work closely with clients and candidates to deliver win-win outcomes, while developing your own niche market and business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-create and deliver on business plans with achievable targets.
- Conduct telemarketing, networking, and client meetings to build relationships.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and insightful interviews.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to team culture and operations.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Commerce, HR, or equivalent.
- At least 1–2 years of recruitment (perm, contract or temp) or relevant professional sales experience.
- Strong communication, curiosity, and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, adaptable, determined and team-oriented mindset.
- National Reach: Recruit across Australia with access to international opportunities.
- Optional Locations: In growth phase, we have opportunities in St. Leonard's, NSW (in the heart of our client hub), or in Brisbane.
