An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) leader to join a global pharmaceutical organisation and manage a team across NSW and Queensland.

Reporting to the Medical Affairs leadership team, you will be responsible for managing approximately five MSLs while driving team performance, capability development, and a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of MSLs across NSW and Queensland.
  • Drive field excellence, performance, and capability development.
  • Support onboarding and development of new team members.
  • Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture.
  • Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Sales stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews.

About You
  • Previous MSL management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong performance management and leadership skills.
  • Experience leading teams through growth and change.
  • Collaborative stakeholder manager with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly accountable environment.
