An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) leader to join a global pharmaceutical organisation and manage a team across NSW and Queensland.
Reporting to the Medical Affairs leadership team, you will be responsible for managing approximately five MSLs while driving team performance, capability development, and a strong culture of collaboration and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a team of MSLs across NSW and Queensland.
- Drive field excellence, performance, and capability development.
- Support onboarding and development of new team members.
- Foster a high-performing, engaged team culture.
- Partner closely with Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Sales stakeholders.
- Conduct regular field coaching and performance reviews.

- Previous MSL management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
