We are seeking a passionate and driven Medical Science Liaison (MSL) - Neurology
to join our Client's team in a field-based role covering Queensland (QLD) and Western Australia (WA)
. This role is ideal for a science-driven professional who thrives on engaging with the scientific community and contributing to advancements in neurology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scientific Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge in neurology, providing credible, accurate, and up-to-date medical and scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Customer Engagement : Build and foster relationships with scientific experts and key opinion leaders (KOLs), addressing their scientific and medical information needs.
- Strategic Leadership : Gather and share meaningful clinical insights to inform research and commercialization strategies.
- Collaboration & Compliance : Work cross-functionally to drive medical planning and strategy while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Territory Ownership : Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize engagement and efficiency within QLD & WA.
- Previous MSL or field-based experience in relationship-building with scientific experts is highly desirable.
- Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD) with 2-3 years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in clinical, research, or industry medical/scientific roles
- Strong intellectual curiosity and learning agility.
- Ability to communicate complex scientific content clearly.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and teamwork capabilities.
- Effective strategic and critical thinking with advanced presentation and computer skills.
- Resilience in navigating complex challenges.
- Location : Ideally based in Queensland (QLD)
- Travel : Up to 80% travel nationally, including 4-6 weekends per year
