Are you an experienced Manufacturing Technician or Senior Operator with a background in GMP aseptic manufacturing and complex plant operations?
We are partnering with a global animal health company to recruit multiple Manufacturing Technicians and Senior Manufacturing Technicians to support commissioning, qualification, validation, and routine manufacturing activities within an expanding GMP facility. These roles are offered on 12‑month fixed‑term contracts, with a strong opportunity to transition to permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support commissioning, qualification, and validation of new GMP manufacturing processing areas
- Prepare, review, and execute GMP documentation including SOPs, batch records, risk assessments, and validation documents
- Participate in project meetings, audits, and change control activities
- Perform aseptic manufacturing operations including:
- Solution preparation and equipment cleaning/sterilisation
- Monitoring and operation of small and large‑scale bioreactors
- Fermentation, downstream processing, and purification
- Vaccine formulation, filling, and packaging operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for in‑process manufacturing issues
- Support environmental monitoring, sampling, and routine production activities
- Ensure strict compliance with GMP, EHS, Quality, and Biosecurity requirements
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, within a span of hours between 6:30am and 6:30pm
- 7.35 hours per day plus a 30‑minute unpaid meal break
- Occasional weekend work may be required.
- Degree in Engineering, Microbiology or related disciplines
- Experience working in large‑scale GMP manufacturing, ideally within an aseptic environment
- Hands‑on experience operating and troubleshooting bioreactors
- Experience in fermentation, downstream processing, and vaccine formulation is highly desirable
- Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a regulated environment
