An established Australian clinical research organisation is seeking a Senior CRA or Lead CRA to support a growing portfolio of local and international studies across a variety of therapeutic areas.

The Opportunity
As a Senior CRA / Lead CRA, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trial activities from site start-up through to study close-out, partnering with sites, sponsors and project teams to ensure successful study outcomes.
You'll enjoy a diverse workload, meaningful stakeholder engagement and exposure to a broad range of clinical programs.
Responsibilities
- Site selection, activation and initiation visits
- Site monitoring and management
- Investigator and site relationship management
- Source data verification
- Patient recruitment support
- Regulatory and compliance activities
- Close-out visits
- Stakeholder communication and reporting
- Ensuring studies are delivered to quality, timeline and budget expectations
- Minimum 5 years' CRA experience within a CRO, sponsor or research environment
- Independent monitoring experience
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and local clinical trial regulations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a home-based environment
- Willingness to travel nationally as required
- Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
- Medical device or First-in-Human study experience
- Experience working within smaller or medium-sized CRO environments
- Lead CRA or study leadership responsibilities
