Reporting to the Director, this role provides strategic oversight of a portfolio of studies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest regulatory and quality standards. You’ll lead and develop a multidisciplinary project delivery team while partnering closely with internal stakeholders, sponsors and vendors.
What you’ll do
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple early‑phase clinical trials
- Own timelines, budgets, risk management and performance metrics
- Act as the senior escalation point for project and sponsor matters
- Drive continuous improvement across project management and quality processes
- Build strong sponsor and stakeholder relationships
- Provide inspiring, accountable leadership to a team of project professionals
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Business or a related field
- Significant experience delivering complex clinical trial portfolios
- Strong people leadership and resource management experience
- Deep knowledge of ICH‑GCP and clinical trial regulations
- High‑level financial management, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management capability
- Postgraduate qualifications in Project Management or Business (desirable)
