About the Role
- EL1 Policy and Program Manager - Aged Care Accommodation
- 12-month labour hire (with strong potential to extend) based in Sydney
- Classification: EL1
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality responses to aged care accommodation policy and program activities.
- Assess RAD applications and provide analysis to inform decision-making.
- Develop ministerial briefs, committee papers, and executive reports.
- Design and deliver stakeholder education and communication materials.
- Review policies, procedures, and legislative frameworks to support agency functions.
- Establish and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic documents such as the Work Program, Corporate Plan, and Annual Report.
About You
To be eligible, you must be an Australian Citizen and demonstrate:
- Proven experience in policy development and program management within government or health sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex legislation and policy.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently under limited direction and deliver quality outcomes.
- Qualifications in public administration, health policy, or related fields (highly regarded).
