The Role
Reporting into an Omnichannel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing digital campaigns across approved platforms, supporting content development, marketing automation, QA, and reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting digital marketing initiatives across email, web and omnichannel channels
- Building, testing, QA’ing and deploying campaigns within platform environments
- Coordinating content updates across websites, emails, forms and customer‑facing assets
- Managing uploads, workflows and approvals through enterprise systems
- Writing clear campaign briefs and implementation instructions
- Reviewing digital content for quality, compliance and alignment to approved source materials
- Supporting performance reporting, identifying trends and optimisation opportunities
- Contributing to process improvements and best‑practice ways of working
About You
You are highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a compliance‑led environment. You enjoy working at the execution layer of digital marketing and take pride in accurate delivery.
You will ideally have:
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions)
- Confidence building automations and trigger‑based journeys
- Experience using Veeva Vault / VVPM or similar approval platforms
- Strong QA and content review discipline
- The ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and agencies
- Experience in regulated industries (pharma, healthcare, financial services)
