Digital Marketing Coordinator
Our client is a respected provider of continuing professional development (CPD) for GPs, nurses and healthcare professionals across Australia. They are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative Marketing & Communications team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on digital marketer looking for a varied role across content, campaigns and events in a purpose-driven organisation.
The Role
You will support the delivery of digital campaigns and communications across multiple channels, including email, social media, events and web.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating digital marketing across email, social, website and print
- Executing campaigns for events, seminars and online learning programs
- Building and deploying eDM campaigns and newsletters
- Managing event communications (pre & post)
- Supporting social media campaigns (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Coordinating podcast and video content production and promotion
- Monitoring performance and reporting on campaign insights
- Managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
- Solid experience in digital marketing or communications
- Strong experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. ActiveCampaign or similar)
- Proven experience delivering social media and email campaigns
- Exposure to podcasts, video production or multimedia content (highly advantageous)
- Working knowledge of CRM and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Adobe Creative Cloud (especially InDesign)
- LMS or education platform experience
- Event or database marketing experience
- Healthcare, medical or education sector background
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- All-expenses-paid domestic travel several times per year
