Our Client, a clinical-stage biotechnology company have a newly created opportunity for a Clinical Trial Associate or a Senior Associate, for the right level of experience. With their mid to late phase clinical trials underway and commercialization on the horizon, they are expanding their team!
The role of the Senior/Clinical Trails Associate will involve providing vital administration and clinical trial support to their Clinical Operations & Product Development teams. This is an opportunity to make a real impact in an innovative biotech company working on cutting-edge treatments.

Your Role:
�55357;�56620; Clinical Trial Support (70%)
- Assist with ethics and regulatory submissions
- Track trial progress and manage reports
- Help with patient recruitment and site communications
- Maintain Trial Master Files and document repositories
- Organize meetings, events, and investigator conferences
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Ensure up-to-date content on the Clinical Trials website
- Assist with safety data tracking and regulatory documentation
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding new employees
- Manage office supplies and IT setup
- Maintain presentation materials and administrative files
- Keep email distribution lists and archiving systems up to date
✔ Tertiary qualification in health sciences or a related field
✔ 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (clinical research preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH/GCP guidelines
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office & project management tools
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔ A proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills
