Entering an exciting new chapter of growth and to join the executive team we are seeking a Chief Business Development Officer

Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role will be pivotal in shaping and driving the next phase of the organisation’s growth journey. You will:
- Lead revenue growth and manage high-value negotiations with new clients.
- Design and implement targeted go-to-market strategies across early and late-phase clinical trial services.
- Restructure and elevate the business development function, building commercial capability across the organisation and setting up the team for long-term success.
- Strengthen account management of existing clients while forging new partnerships with global biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and CRO organisations.
- Engage with clinicians, KOLs, and key stakeholders, representing the organisation as a trusted partner in clinical research.
About You
You will bring:
- A tertiary qualification in life sciences, clinical research, business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in business development leadership within the clinical research sector.
- A proven track record in early phase client acquisition, ideally with strong networks in the US and China.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build relationships and deliver results across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in cancer and next generation therapeutics would be well received
