- Working closely with the Melbourne HQ operational team to deliver solutions
- Supporting the setup and growth of 3PL services
- Regular sales reporting (manual) as the business transitions toward CRM adoption
- 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, freight forwarding or life sciences supply chain
- Knowledge of sea freight, healthcare logistics, or both
- Strong B2B sales skills and experience building a pipeline from warm and cold leads
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-growing and evolving business
- Motivated by commercial growth, customer relationships and long-term earnings
- For Brisbane: ability to work fully remote
- For Melbourne & Sydney: office-based flexibility
