About the Role

Join a high-impact team within the PBS Pricing Changes Section, supporting the delivery of pricing policy and administration for medicines subsidised under the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS). This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to national health outcomes through data analysis, policy support and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and report on industry pricing data; support financial modelling and data management
  • Contribute to reports, briefs, policy papers and correspondence
  • Assist with drafting minutes, legislative instruments and website content
  • Research and synthesise complex data to support decision-making
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work to deadlines
About You
  • Highly organised, adaptable and detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficient in Excel (incl. common functions) and comfortable learning new systems
  • Able to interpret data from multiple sources and support strategic outcomes
