About the Roles
Opportunities are available at both APS5 and APS6 levels. Depending on your experience, you may be considered for roles ranging from conducting compliance reviews and supporting investigations through to leading complex regulatory matters, providing specialist advice and mentoring team members.
Working under limited direction, you will manage complex matters, analyse information from diverse sources, conduct regulatory assessments, and deliver high quality advice to support informed decision making. You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and provide guidance to junior team members.

- Assess election funding claims and undertake complex compliance assessments
- Support the administration and payment of electoral funding
- Analyse information and identify potential compliance risks or regulatory concerns
- Prepare high quality reports, briefs and recommendations
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members
- Conduct risk based investigations into potential breaches of electoral legislation
- Gather, analyse and evaluate information from multiple sources
- Utilise intelligence and data analysis to identify emerging risks and high risk behaviours
- Prepare investigation reports, evidence briefs and stakeholder correspondence
- Contribute to compliance and enforcement strategies
- Mentor and support team capability development
You are an experienced compliance, audit, investigations, regulatory, governance or assurance professional with strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment.
