Nina Mapson Bone is the interim Managing Director of On Q Recruitment, a leading life sciences recruitment agency known for its specialist expertise.

 

Nina has a proven track record as a highly respected leader, having previously served for over 8 years as Managing Director of Beaumont People, where she led a period of significant growth and diversification.

 

Nina was President & Chair of the National Board of the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association (RCSA) for four years, and served as a non-executive director for ten years. The RCSA is the peak body for recruitment and staffing across Australia & New Zealand. In this role, she championed lobbying and advocacy efforts that resulted in advantageous legislative changes and led strategic responses to critical industry challenges like COVID-19.

 

With extensive leadership experience across the breadth of the recruitment, consulting, and staffing industry, Nina is known for her strategic acumen, her ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates, and her commitment to driving business growth through tailored talent solutions. Nina has over 25 years of experience in recruitment, ranging from executive search to health & medical, government, and engineering & technical recruitment. Her experience includes leading national and international operations and strategic business growth.
