We get the chance to meet new candidates, they get the chance at finding a better job, and for your part you get $250 to spend or to donate to charity of your choice. Everyone’s a winner!
The process is simple:
- If you think someone you know could benefit from our services, or would be interested in one of our vacancies, please ask them to get in touch with us.
- You should then contact On Q and advise one of our consultants that you have referred someone to us.
- You must then ask the person you are referring to mention you by name when first contacting us.
Well not quite that simple. Here’s the smaller print:
- The person you are referring must mention you by name when they first contact On Q;
- The voucher/charity donation is payable upon your referred candidate commencing a new position arranged by On Q;
- The person you are referring must be somebody we have not already dealt with, i.e. they are not already entered on the On Q Database;
- You must know the person who you are referring and be a direct referrer to be eligible. You should also have their consent for referral;
- The $250 is only payable by cheque, direct debit, or as a donation to the charity of your choice (a receipt will be provided in this instance).
