We prefer an onsite meeting with you to gain an understanding of your team and company and also define the position responsibilities, competencies & Key Performance Indicators. In today’s candidate short marketplace we establish a mutually agreed process and timetable to increase a successful outcome.
10 Steps to Success:
- We liaise with the prospective employer to tailor a recruitment strategy to suit the company policy, budget, the specialty and urgency of the role;
- On Q Recruitment begins searching for candidates by reviewing our registered database, networking, headhunting and advertising;
- Weekly reports are provided to the employer, detailing advertisement response, database search and market feedback;
- Weekly communication between On Q Recruitment and prospective candidates;
- We present the final candidate shortlist and comprehensive interview assessments are provided to the prospective employer;
- Candidates are interviewed by the prospective employer;
- Post interview feedback from both parties;
- Reference checking (minimum of two verbal references)/ Aptitude psychological profiling;
- Negotiation of offer with prospective employee leading to acceptance of the position;
- New employee commences work.

Beyond the Placement
Your ongoing business is important to us. To build on our partnership, we conduct a post assignment debriefing with you to evaluate the process and highlight improvements for the next assignment.
At weeks 1, 6, 12 and 52 we follow up with the successful candidate on their progress. Similarly we contact you at weeks 6, 12 and 20 to gauge the progress of the candidate in your role.
Thereafter we contact you as mutually agreed, regarding your long term staffing strategy.
